Goals / Objectives
Determine if resistance to Huanglongbing (citrus greening)exists among hybrids of citrus and citrus relatives.
Methods (unparsed)
Hybridzations were made by PI in CA. Seeds will be delivered to USHRL where they will be grown and propagated. Propagations will be exposed to ACP infected with CLas, causal agent of Huanglongbing (HLB). Following exposure to CLas plants will be tested for CLas infection and observed for development of HLB symptoms.
